Gianluca Salce’s natural wines are the result of obsessive and analytical attention, strongly characterised by his training in the analogical period of the 80s and the IT environment where he grew up and established himself.
The oenological project is a new path, it tells a period of his story and reveals a world that no longer exists except in the memory of those who lived it. A period where enthusiasm for the future was wonderful, where slow technology, that of the seventies, gave great emotions… tape players, vinyl, audio cassettes, floppy disks, ms dos, Commodore 64, polaroids, slides. An explosion of memories but also the perception of a real consistency of things. Precisely on the marking of the past and the unique values of the analogue world that the story of the winemaker’s life develops, through the reproduction on the packaging of three slides that tell the flavour of those moments.
The final print effect is the realistic result of the slide, a tribute to a unique and unrepeatable period: through the overlapping technique we have reproduced the thickness of the slide, die-cut and then applied on a natural paper label.
